Request received. Your message is in the trailer.

It landed with the publisher directly, not in a marketing queue that nobody reads.

What happens next

You will get a written reply from Jimenez Julien within one business day, and usually the same afternoon if you wrote before noon Eastern time. The reply comes from a person who has read what you sent, so if you named a job and a stretch of bad weather, expect the answer to speak to that job.

If you asked for a demo, the reply carries two or three time slots built around a morning huddle. The call runs about 25 minutes on a shared screen. Bring the dates of a weather stretch that cost you time and we will log it back live using the reporting station that governs that site, then export the packet so you can see exactly what a reviewer would receive. You keep the packet either way.

While you wait

If something urgent comes up before the call, write straight to jimenezjulien42@gmail.com with the job name in the subject line. Details about how your message is stored and how long it is kept sit in the privacy policy.
